2022 is the seventeenth year of Citizen Coaching delivering timely, no-cost and jargon free counselling and coaching in Birmingham. Read the Citizen Coaching 2021 Social Impact Report.

In 2021 they responded to the challenges of the COVID pandemic by giving clients the flexibility to attend sessions by telephone, via Zoom or face to face.
