Social enterprise retailing

Over the past couple of years we have started to see some exciting new developments in social enterprise retailing — both  in new social enterprise shops opening, and in the production of goods for retail. This widens the market for social enterprise, creates opportunities for inter-trading and helps give a much needed boost to the public profile of social enterprise.

We thought we would try and provide a bit of extra exposure here for these new social enterprise retailers and suppliers, but you can also search for social enterprises in Buy Social and its accompanying gift guide, in the local Shop for Change directory, the Social Enterprise Mark’s directory of accredited social enterprises, and in Social Enterprise UK’s membership directory. Those looking for social enterprise conferencing venues and caterers can also use Think Venue.

If you’re a social enterprise retailer or produce for retail and want to be featured here send mail to Alun Severn.
