Buy for Good — helping Birmingham City Council deliver social benefits

At last, Buy for Good, the CIC founded jointly by Birmingham City Council and other partners last year is getting some national coverage — here, in the Guardian.

Buy for Good is a  social enterprise purchasing consortium, enabling BCC and other partners to purchase and run major contracts through a vehicle specifically designed to achieve maximum social and community benefit from such procurement.

We’ll be bringing you more news about BfG over coming months.
