The Birmingham Employment Skills and Training (BEST) Network Ltd is now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer. BEST Network is a Birmingham-based Social Enterprise committed to tackling disadvantage and advancing equity and social inclusion in Birmingham and the surrounding region through meeting the training, learning and employment needs of disadvantaged and hard to reach clients.
BEST Network sits at the heart of a consortium of over 70 third Sector organisations and co-ordinates the activity of the consortium to identify, bid for and deliver public sector and charitably funded employment and skills development contracts in order to achieve its objectives. Now in its fifth year of trading the Network has successfully secured over five million pounds worth of public sector contracts for Member organisations, and is currently delivering a portfolio of contracts for a number of different commissioners. The Network is now looking for an exceptional person to lead the organisation to meet the challenge of achieving it’s objectives in this dynamic and exciting sector.
Position Title: Chief Executive Officer
Salary: circa £40-50,000
Hours per week: 35
