St Paul’s Venture

The first is about St Paul’s Venture, a thriving social enterprise providing play care services for children and families in Balsall Heath, Moseley and the surrounding area. St Paul’s Venture is part of the St Paul’s Community Development Trust and has been providing playscheme activities for over 30 years



Sport4Life is a sports social enterprise started in 2006 by brothers Michael, James and Tom Forrest. The enterprise ‘changes lives through the power of sport’ by delivering sports and exercise programmes in disadvantaged communities across Birmingham.


Waterloo Woodwork

Waterloo Woodwork is a social firm in Solihull that enables people with disabilities or learning difficulties to gain work and basic life skills. Using the enterprise’s fully-equipped carpentry workshop and guided by experienced carpenters, trainees are supported in the manufacture of quality timber products for sale.
